central location friendly staff breakfast variety
The location is very central. I appreciated how close the hotel was to many attractions (just a short walk). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast offered a good variety of options, including both cooked and continental choices.
The room was a bit small. (But honestly, I didn't spend much time there.)

broken air conditioning fuzzy channels
The staff were friendly I appreciate this detail.
The air conditioning did not work well the room was too warm I was unable to adjust the temperature. The TV was old the channels were fuzzy it was difficult to watch anything.

friendly staff good selection convenient location
The staff provided assistance and were friendly. Breakfast offered a good selection of items. The hotel's location near the city center and a car park made it easy to access different places.
The television in the room displayed a cloudy picture with poor color quality, almost like watching a black and white TV. I reported the TV issue, but no action was taken to resolve it . This impacted my ability to relax in the room.

clean room convenient location free breakfast
the hotel is located conveniently close to the train station (about a 10-minute walk). my standard twin room hot was clean and included all necessary amenities. the included breakfast offered a good start to the day.
i found only one electrical outlet available on my side of the bed, a slight inconvenience.

the reception staff were very polite and helpful with directions. derek at reception was kind during some weather conditions. micky at breakfast provided superb service with a smile and jokes (a welcome addition!).

super clean room lovely shower
the room was super clean and the shower was lovely. i was able to leave my luggage at the hotel while visiting the life centre and the breakfast had lots of choice.
something had been split or someone had an accident and it was not cleaned properly.
